He was found to be the father of a 4 year old girl in 1980 but refuses to see her, although he does pay child support. In 1988, the mother of the girl accused him of having the AIDS virus.
He currently resides at the former Hollywood home of actress Jayne Mansfield.
He spent his wedding night in a tree house and his bachelor night on a mattress in the front room of Sean Barry-Weske's house in South London.
Took his stage name from the German composer Engelbert Humperdinck.
